Designed specifically for soft services, it brings structured, hands-on learning directly to our frontline workforce, right where they work.

Learning on Wheels is a mobile training unit that travels across project sites in the UAE, delivering practical, accessible, and inclusive training to employees in real time.
It represents a shift from traditional classroom-based learning to a dynamic, on-site model, ensuring that every team member has the opportunity to learn, grow, and perform at their best without disruption to operations.
